I had sown corn salad in september 2020 and today in march 2021 im finally able to harvest them. Corn salad or Corn lettuce is a very light leafy vegetable which is one of my favourite! This vegetable has survived the extreem cold winter days -10°C , without any protection. So its an awesome early crop that you should definitly try it out!
