We stopped by my father – in – laws today and took a tour of his Spring Vegetable Garden Harvest. In this video, you will see the raised box gardens and the in-ground gardens. The kids go to see where our vegetables come from and had a great time picking the garden harvest. The harvest consisted of cucumbers, peppermint, cabbage, yellow summer squash, ripe tomatoes, green onions, and beets.
Be sure to see my”Roasted Yellow Squash” for an awesome recipe.
