Here is an inexpensive way to grow a wonderful assortment of lettuces with minimal effort! In this video, I will show you actual examples of how to grow lettuce in the comfort of your home without expensive grow lights. Growing food this way minimizes exposure to the pests and diseases we normally experience when growing outdoors. For best results, choose a window which receives sun all day. In the northern hemisphere, use a south facing window, and vice versa. Also, upper level windows receive more light and those without a large overhang.
