After all the rain last week, I had a list of garden chores to get done before the cold overnight temperatures came in this weekend. We went for one of those “work-out” visits to Home Depot, meaning we had to walk all over the place and ask at least two people for each thing we needed. The garden is entering another phase of transition as we have harvested most of the brassicas and we are about to start some seedlings for some late winter planting and spring garden seedlings. The neighbor behind me with the giant tree hedge that shades half of my yard has been hacking away at the height. I am so excited to see how much more he is going to cut and how it changes the shade zone in my yard. Happy end of the year, stay safe!
