Like most cut flower farmers in America, the COVID lockdowns came just as we were starting our season. Our garden was a safe haven amid all the uncertainty and anxiety of those early lockdowns. We wish everyone could have a garden to retreat to!
2020 was a weird growing year for us, unlike any other we’ve had in the 5 years we’ve been doing this.
This recap recounts some of the failures and successes of the season and also has a bit about our plans for next year. Hint: we’re changing it up!
