After two days of heavy rain we attempted to go outside in our backyard garden and see the aftermath and we couldn’t believe what we saw!? Almost 35-40 lbs of organic vegetables had grown in just two days like they were on steroids. We are preparing them for the winter by canning, pickling in vinegar and fermenting style.
